Performer Information
Acknowledgment
I acknowledge and certify that:
1. Acceptance of Platform Policies. I have read and agree to the following documents governing my use of the platform:
I understand that these documents govern my participation on the platform and that I agree to comply with all applicable requirements.
2. Age and Identity Verification. I certify that:
- I am at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- I have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
- The government-issued identification provided with this form belongs to me and accurately verifies my identity and age.
3. Content and Performer Consent. For any photographs, videos, audio recordings, or other content that I upload or submit to the platform, I certify that:
- Every individual depicted is at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Every individual depicted has knowingly consented to appear in the content.
- I possess all necessary ownership rights, licenses, permissions, and commercial rights required to upload and authorize use of the content.
- I will provide any documentation reasonably required to demonstrate compliance with applicable laws, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
4. Live Video Sessions. If I offer or take part in live video sessions, I understand and expressly consent that:
- Trained, authorized staff are able to observe the audio and video of a live video session in real time while it is in progress.
- The platform may end a live video session immediately and without notice where it is or appears to be unlawful or in violation of the Terms and Conditions, the Live Video Session Content Policy, or the rules of the card networks and payment processors, and any amount earned in that session may be forfeited.
- Monitoring is live observation only. No audio or video of a live video session is recorded or retained, and I will not record, capture, or retain any part of a session myself.
- I will not disable, block, or attempt to circumvent this monitoring or termination, and I give this consent for the purposes of the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, 18 U.S.C. § 2510 et seq., and of any state law requiring the consent of one or all parties to a communication.
5. Accuracy. I certify that the information I have provided is true and correct. I understand that providing false information may result in suspension or termination of my account.
